Summary

Frontend Tech Lead with 12+ years in technology companies and 8 years in frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js). I design microfrontend architectures in Nx monorepos for energy, banking, fintech and Web3, and lead frontend teams. I work AI-first: I built SDD-Harness, a Spec-Driven Development system with AI agents that traces every requirement, task and cost, and I use it in production. How I work

  • Spec-Driven Development: no code without a registered spec, plan and tasks; script-based gates block the cycle when something is missing and a JSON Schema validator runs in CI.
  • Role-based AI agents (orchestrator, functional analyst, planner, architect, implementers and reviewer) on Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and Gemini, logging model, effort and tokens per task.
  • Measurable traceability: 34 cycles and 656 tasks on the YPF back office in 7 weeks; 104 cycles on DisplayAds.

Frontend Tech Lead (AI-First, Spec-Driven Development) — Flexibility

  • AI lead for the consultancy: defined Spec-Driven Development with agents as the standard delivery process.
  • Maintain the internal tooling: an agent template registry with its CLI, the SDD harness and a UI library with 90+ components, 30+ theming presets and WCAG 2.1 AA.

  • AI lead for the development team: drove the adoption of Spec-Driven Development with role-based agents across 10+ repositories.
  • Migrated the back office from a React monolith to an Nx monorepo with 6 microfrontends (React 19, Vite) and a shell library, with a typed HTTP client as the single frontend-backend contract.
  • Designed the gradual (strangler fig) migration to a Spring Boot BFF that absorbs 2 legacy backends behind per-domain feature flags, with no product freeze.
  • In 7 weeks: 548 commits, 347 test files and 656 tasks traced across 34 SDD cycles, each with its token cost.
  • Contributed to the investments and trading platform (Java 21, Spring Boot 3.5, React 19) and the bulk payments platform (NestJS 11, Spring Batch).
